Psychosomatic Fascia Therapy

– A body-based approach to care and change in FULL PRESENCE

This practice works at the intersection of manual therapy, movement and dialogue, developed within the Danis Bois Method (Psychopédagogie perceptive). Sessions combine manual treatment (touch), guided movement and reflection to support you through stress, transition and change — not just by relaxing you, but by opening access to parts of your experience that are often hard to reach through talk alone.

Change doesn't always look dramatic from the outside. But it happens — quietly, and it stays.

Sometimes we need to stay with the trouble and then something shifts

Encountering a unique movement within the living body is hard to put into words until you've experienced it. People who experience it often describe a real shift — in how they inhabit themselves, relate to others, or move through what comes next.

"I have so much more space in myself now."
"Things look different now."
"I feel connected."
"It's easier to move on now."
"I wonder why nobody told me before that we have this amazing movement in us."
"I'm not sure yet what to do with this, but it feels like I made friends with my body."
"Now I can focus."
"Things are exciting again."
"I have a ground to return to."

A sort of current, animal, joy, presence, fluid thriving texture that connects us bodily.
