What remains of patriarcal tendencies within a body ? Within one’s future relations ? Within the connection to the environment? Do places remember ? How does it integrate to one’s walk, one’s discourse ? And how does one untangle one’s materiality from the web of gendered violence. This was a first exploration of bringing somatic and gendered violence into view work.
